Traditional Home Oceans 3 Showhouse

Plain & Fancy participated in the Traditional Home Magazine “Showhouse Showdown” in Montauk, New York. Traditional Home selected three luxury villas at the Panoramic View in Montauk and assigned one villa to a-list design teams - Eric Cohler and his protégé Arlene Angard, Phillip Gorrivan and his protégé Cindy Taylor and Amanda Nisbet and her protégé Elizabeth Bailey.

Plain & Fancy Custom Cabinetry was showcased in the Eric Cohler designed villa. The  challenge: create a modern interpretation of traditional coastal design while incorporating the latest in technology and conveniences. The end result was a breathtaking space with the Eric Cohler touch; contemporary materials with an unusual mix of colors and textures. Plain & Fancy showroom designer, Gerry Cutillo, of Montauk Woodwork worked with the Traditional Home team on the cabinetry design and installation. Plain & Fancy Sales Manager, Brian Yahn, attended the opening gala and kickoff preview weekend.

The villas were open to the public for consumer tours, with proceeds going to the Montauk Playhouse Community Center Foundation, a beloved fixture in the Montauk community. The entire project will be featured in the spring issues of Traditional Home. For more information, visit www.classictastemodernlife.com.
