Minnesota/Iowa

Alabama/Mississippi/Louisiana

Candidates must be capable of developing and maintaining successful relationships with existing kitchen & bath retail accounts while cultivating new dealership opportunities.

Essential Characteristics for success include but are not limited to:

o Full Custom Cabinetry Knowledge (Minimum of 5 years experience in independent rep sales)
o Self Motivation
o Being an outstanding relationship manager

o Excellent computer and communication skills
o Ability to train new prospects and sales people

Finish Department Custom Color Matcher & Batch Maker

We are looking for an individual with Finish experience in all types of finishes used in a high-end custom cabinet environment.

Requirements:

o Ability to follow precise formulas
o Good eye for color – must pass a color test
o Good math skills
o Detail oriented
o Accurate record keeping
o Ability to multitask
o Possess good interactive people skills
o Applicant must be able to lift minimum of 50 lbs.
